If there is something not right with your order, please let us know ASAP so that we can resolve it for you.

There are some of our Products that are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled once an order has been placed, there include:

Personalised items as they are 100% unique to you, so please be careful when choosing your size, colour or any other personalised chosen.

– Also due to the nature of our products, use candles cannot be returned or refunded

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee thet your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.

All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice.

All of our products are carefully inspected, and properly packed before they are shipped out.If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of the product. To be eligible for an exchange or refund, your item must be in its original packaging, unused and in the same condition that you received it.

 

Errors & Damages

If the item is damaged during shipment, we will replace it with proof damage within 48 hrs of delivery.

Photographic proof of damage is submitted to our email m_a_pave34@yahoo.com or contact@maprintedgifts.com as soon as possible.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damage or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Please ensure you include the full name the order was placed under, the order number and the reason for your issue. 

When placing an order, it is your responsibility to accept the delivery or to inform the courier of a suitable safe place.
